CONDITION CATEGORIES
MINT
In perfect condition, as is the dust jacket. Looks like a brand new copy in all respects.
FINE
Whilst still in excellent condition, there is some evidence of ownership and storage. There may be a small inscription inside the cover or creases to some of the pages. The dust jacket will be as new, except for slight rubbing to the corners.
VERY GOOD
The book has no obvious faults apart from a possible slight fading. The dust jacket will be clean but with noticeable rubbing or marking.
GOOD
Whilst obviously not new, a good book must be complete in all respects. The dust jacket will be showing signs of wear.
POOR
A collector must want this book badly to pay for it. The spine may be warped, some pages may be missing from the preliminary pages, the dust jacket may be tatty or creased. All the text pages, however, will be intact.
