When you are extending your property or carrying out small building projects, you need detailed mapping of your property or site to submit to the planning authorities. Ordnance Survey's new Siteplan pack provides you with six copies of your project site plus a useful guide to planning application procedures. Siteplan Data is supplied via email and includes a 12 month copyright licence.
Your local planning authority will advise you on the scale and number of copies required for planning and building control regulations. In addition, site plan has a number of other uses:

* Insurance claims
* Legal enquiries
* Conveyancing
* Home referencing
Siteplan has nationwide coverage and can be supplied with a choice of three scale options.
1:500 scale 80 m by 80 m of ground detail
1:1250 scale 200 m by 200 m of ground detail
1:2500 scale 400 m by 400 m of ground detail

Price & Availability
Siteplan costs £25.00 including postage and packing except where you require a 1:2500 scale map in a 1:1250 area when the cost is £50.00. This price includes 6 copies. Additional copies (up to a maximum of 20) are available at 25p each at the time of ordering. Normally despatched the same day when ordered by 4.00 pm. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday despatched Monday.
Siteplan Data costs £29.38 (incl. VAT) except where you require a 1:2500 scale map in a 1:1250 area where the cost is £76.38 (incl. VAT). Can be despatched within minutes. Available as a TIFF file via email. Can be viewed at almost any factor of enlargement or reduction until you print/plot it out.
